La Certeza Tequila Launches

French wine producer Boisett is launching a new ultra-premium tequila in the US called La Certeza. They have an Blanco (US$40), a Reposado (US$45), and an Anejo (US$60). The tequila is done entirely on the estate.

The cool thing about this one is that it is twice-distilled in Cognac stills then double-aged in bourbon barrels and THEN french oak barrels. Wrigley, the makers of Doublemint gum, had no comment.
