Christiana Vodka

In 1602 King Christian IV made a vodka recipe that consisted of potatoes and pure Norwegian water, well I assume his recipe included Norwegian water because importing water in 1602 wasn't super popular.

It's distilled six times, charcoal filtered, then they use this cool air-filtration process. I guess if you're doing that then you have to worry about the quality of the air too, so the next company that uses this process will have to advertise how pure their air is.

You can find it right now in the NY tri-state area with plans to roll it out through the rest of the year.
